Yvette Mouton serves as Senior Manager of AT&T Global Supplier Diversity. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing business development and outreach strategies designed to enhance AT&T’s position as a leader in supply chain diversity and inclusion. She is responsible for working with external organizations, identifying prospective suppliers, stakeholder management, and sharing information about AT&T’s supply chain strategies. Ms. Mouton brings more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry and has worked with many national and diversity business organizations to implement development and educational initiatives to the small, minority, women and disabled veteran owned business community.
Ms. Mouton has held several management positions within AT&T, including External & Legislative Affairs, where she supported Third Party Stakeholder initiatives and campaigns, Sales Operations, Government Solutions Marketing and Small Business Programs for AT&T Federal Systems where she was responsible for compliance and outreach initiatives for MWBE subcontracting. Her leadership and strategic focus enabled AT&T to surpass mandated goals for federal subcontracting with Small Businesses including Disadvantaged Businesses, Women-owned and Veteran-owned Businesses.
Ms. Mouton has served on a number of boards and committees that support diversity and inclusion.
