Kenyatta Nobles is the Director of Administration for the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU). He joined the NJBPU with over 15 years of practical expertise in Human Resources (HR) and operations. His enthusiasm for HR is evident when he strategizes with colleagues to ensure that the organization’s human capital development needs are in line with its mission, goals, and objectives.
One of his passions is developing workgroups and settings that live on creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
He is an employee advocate, transformation champion, and strategic business partner.
Kenyatta graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in Human Resource Administration/Risk Management and Insurance. He is involved in the community and belongs to several fraternal and professional groups, including the Society for Human Resources (SHRM), where he is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
