Nicole Horan

Manager of Administrative Services, South Jersey Industries

Nicole is the current Manager of Administrative Services for South Jersey Industries leading Fleet Maintenance, Procurement, Purchase Card Administration, Vendor and Contract Management, as well as encouraging supplier diversity amongst SJI and its subsidiaries. Her previous role with South Jersey Gas included Property and Cash Records; encompassing fixed asset management, allocations, project spend (over $35MM each of three projects), quarterly and annual analysis.

Prior to joining SJI, Nicole spent 19 years in the Transportation (Trucking) Industry with roles including Controller, Accounting Manager, Accountant, Fuel Coordinator, and Purchasing Analyst. An integral part of the private transportation organization NFI Industries, it led to experience in annual budget formation, contract and acquisition evaluation, research and distribution of monthly P&L reporting. She was also vital in a consulting capacity with extensive research for new Brokerage and Intermodal divisions. Nicole also was project manager for the conversion of Fixed Asset Accounting to Best Software, an improved platform than previous packages.

Nicole has been a Volunteer, Board of Director, Treasurer and Fundraising Chairperson for the Vineland Regional Dance Company, a non-profit located in Vineland, New Jersey. She is also Choreographer and Consultant for Millville Board of Education, having choreographed musicals since 1999. Nicole has also volunteered for the Miss New Jersey Education Foundation, and the Cumberland County SPCA.

She is a graduate of Rowan University, Glassboro NJ.
